Marker Light Inserts
ADD THE LAST BIT OF CUSTOM DETAIL TO YOUR SS!! These inserts are to be used with the aftermarket clear marker lenses avaible for these cars. These inserts are designed to fill the large hole in the back of the marker lense. I have these inserts for sale polished only, as well as, polished with the Corvette Cross Flags, Impala SS deer, and the SS logos laser engraved. The larger marker light socket and bulb may or may not be present in your 91-96 Impala SS or Caprice.
If your car comes equipped with the larger turn signal bulbs, you may not be interested in these inserts; since you will be installing your bulb into this hole in the clear marker lens housings.
If your car does not come equipped with the large turn signal bulbs, please read on. The aftermarket clear marker lenses (not included) come shipped to you with the large hole taped shut. If left alone and installed, this tape will eventually lift up and allow moisture to enter the lense housing, causing water spots and discoloration. These inserts can be easily installed and provide a watertight seal.
